Im about to purchase a modular oven. I really like the Forno Casa100 but its a bit out of my price range. The Volta100 is cheaper( I know its not the same quality of the Forno but within my budget). My question is that the Volta 100 has a dome height of 16.5" and an opening height of 13.5" making the opening 81% of the dome height. Would the larger opening affect the max temp and cooking ability of the Volta? The Volta 120 and 80 both have the proper 65% (60-65) opening but not the 100. Anyone using the Volta 100? Any advice?
