Here are four photos of an Artigiano120 (the 39"x47" oval) being installed in NorCal. Every time I look at these ovens I am still struck by how nice they look. Really good craftsmanship. It took four guys to get the dome on the hearth -- but they got there.
Take a look at the way the installer is doing the vent -- the oven and vent are set back into the enclosure, with a second brick arch to come that will frame the oven opening, along with brick vent walls and a deep brick landing. Cool. Simlar to the Colle Dal d'Elsa oven.
