Vesuvio grout choice

Hi all,
I'm in the process of designing a Vesuvio90 for my backyard. I'm leaning toward Polo Blue with either pewter or smoke gray accent.
My question is grout choice. White grout makes the colors pop the most, but in your experience, does the white grout discolor over time? I would go with gray to avoid that if anyone has had that experience. Thanks in advance.

I have a Vesuvio 110 with white grout. The grout in the area of the door does get soot on it. I have found it cleans off fairly easily with a vinegar based windex but would like to find a good grout sealer to prevent eventual future permanent discoloration

I always advise to use only black grout for this reason. Keep cleaning it off, get used to it, or grout black over it.
