I am wondering how these ovens are made:

YouTube - ‪Our smallest oven wood fired oven.‬&lrm;

YouTube - ‪LittleBritaly BIG wood fired oven.‬&lrm;

I guess they are made from Castable Refractory Material, but they seem to be cooking directly on the castable material......
