Hi guys I have used the forum extensively to gain some knowledge while planning my build so I will try to keep you all updated on my build with some photos

Here is the base of six” reinforced concrete

Pouring the top was lots of fun used 12mm rebar and I poured the main top 3” and them the front ledge was 7” as when I pour the insulation of perlite cement goes down it will all be level

been a while but i have finished the concrete dome

Starting the application of home brew refractory. I had the news paper in small strips and it got such a pain that I took it off and applied the mix directly over the sand
