What do we call this oven type, single spiral build?

So finally after 4 years of dreaming and gathering some materials this year I finally managed to nag my husband enough to start building our wfo. I keep watching YouTube videos and I find this little gem.

It's build in Istanbul, seems haphazard, but they lay and finish the dome in what looks like a single spiral they're even standing on it with the mortar still wet.

Is this a method used by people on here too? By the looks of it it's extremely sturdy!

Yea indeed. No isolation by the looks of it either, but on the other hand, YouTube is now giving me a gazillion Turkish bread oven vids and they all look like they're build in te same manner, fired the day they're built I'm impressed
