      Well I had 3 4 cf bags and only expected to use just under 2 of them....and ended up using all 3. I was planing to do 5.5 inches of vermicrete and I ran out thinking I was gonna have to do another pour....but after I skreeed it all it was 4 inches of 1/7.5 cement/vermiculite mixture. Guess it will have to be enough.

        I think the longer you can wait before going onto the floor the better, not because of the increased strength gained, but the drying out of the vermicrete. That moisture on the bottom is the hardest to get rid of. Taking the build slowly is better. Let nature do some of the work for you, unless you're in a real hurry.
