Hey,
Built 1 for our family 2 years ago, thanks to this incredible online resource.
Starting my 2nd today, for a landscape customer, (I am a landscape contractor).
Hope to build many more.

I have to say, I find this forum both intimidating, but also inspiring. The workmanship in the various projects is breathtaking.

We only have one WFO...but if I had my time again, or if we ever moved and I had to build a new one, I would build the same one I have now but include a built in fire pit/ charcol gril in the base.

But yes, I agree. Bit late for this one, (it's a learning curve), but I will know better for the next one.

Meanwhile, FB needs a Canadian rep and/or supply!

Building my first and hopefully, not my last!! I expect that I'll get to help a few friends and neighbors and of course, if we ever move, this is expected to be the 'must-have' backyard item!

i built 2
one in my outdoor kitchen 24 inch floor and the other one on a trailer 29 inch floor

I was inches away from building the Scott oven (except the part where it hangs-I couldn't stomach that part-I was going to use a sand bed on a slab). Thank goodness I found your website and e-book in time. The dome is so much cooler than a half barrel.

I'm like Dave, was inches away from building an AS vault (and I do mean VAULTTTT ). Thank goodness I found Forno Bravo.Then I was so close to buying the big FB terra cotta Pompeii with the built in landing and outer arch with the door and peep hole (James, no longer offering it?).

Then, while perusing the FB site, saw "forum" (which usually turns me off) and the clouds parted, the sky opened up, little Italian FB Angels starting singing Oh Sol O Mio..well you get the picture. It just all made so much sense. The excitement, the adventure, the great friends you make on this site helping you build something so seemingly difficult and unusual and done by your own hands is just an amazing experience.

I'm saving all my fire clay and loaning out my wet saw for my cousins oven. He already has the base done and will be ordering FB blankets and boards soon. I'll be helping him with his oven. I hope its like ridding a bike, you never forget .

I was perfectly happy with my making pizzas on the grill and in the kitchen oven until one day last Spring I found this site. That's when I found another new project to look forward to......the WFO.

I have only built one, but would love the opportunity to build another one (at someone else's expense). If I move, I will definately build another one but try to emulate the designs of some of the masterful builders on this site such as Dino.

I have built one and will build one more as part of an outdoor kitchen when we buy a new house if it hasn't already got one. We don't cook inside very much anymore and that is only with the woodfired oven and gas bbq, all prep work is done inside as i don't have any outdoor benches.
Just got to get this place cleaned up and on the market.
