Well Here is the first Post on my Oven. I have been lurking here for months admiring all of the awesome builds within this online community. You guys Rock!!!. I Could have never done this without the Forno Bravo online Community and the FB store.
My Launch Date is November 15th. Going to do Farmers Markets, Festivals and whatever else comes at me. this will be a part time business. My wife and I are Excited about making the best Traditional Neopolitian Pizza that we can. I got Hooked on the Naples style of pizza 12 years ago when I first visited Italy. I knew one day I would figure it out. lol
the trailer was built over the summer. It took me about 3 months. The frame was originally a 22' Vintage Holiday Rambler travel trailer with Factory Shocks and heavy duty axles and 4 wheel electric brakes. I wanted a Tandem axle trailer for possible long Hauls+ 2 axles track down the road straighter than a 1 axle. I put some new Monroe shocks on it. New brakes etc etc. I have a small commercial Sandwinch prep cart that goes up on the front of the trailer landing for toppings and Dough. Purchase a lightly used Electrolux Magic Mill Mixer for now. Probably will need to upgrade later.
Now I am building the oven Finished the Soap Stone Hearth and Landing.
Using the Home Brew Mortar. I like the way the Home Brew has set up so far however I would like to get a bag of Heat Stop 50 to do the Arch just to be safe? ( Just being a little neurotic) Not sure where to get it in Central Florida.
