Finished but in need of help

Help, I have just finished and I am trying to get the recipe book from Forno bravo but being outside America or Can I can get it sent, even though it is a free pdf version. Can anyone help???

I cant get the ebooks direct from FB either, do a google, the book is everywhere.

The English language was invented by people who couldnt spell.
