Anyone purchase one of these to build their WFO? Seems nice to have all the supplies delivered and not have to search for them all.

    Thanks

If you are willing to pay the shipping cost for the convenience, it should be no problem. Mailing bricks is not cheap.

I looked into it, as Les points out the shipping is a killer. As much as the kit itself. I would put the time into finding the firebrick locally, as it will really save you $ and also give you more latitude to build the oven the way you want. The other stuff (blanket, board) you can have shipped pretty easily from either our hosts or some other suppliers that others have used and you can easily find by searching the forums. I used a place in socal that has really good prices.

One other recommendation - I notice you've started several threads with questions about your build. You would probably be better off if you just started one thread about your build. Once people comment on it, they're subscribed and you see all the updates via email. It's a lot easier to get consistent feedback that way.

I took your advice and started my own thread for my build. I just wanted to post here for anyone building in Maine that I found an EXCELLENT resource for all of your construction needs. INFAB in Lewiston.... ok, back to my thread
