Am I supposed to insulate the entry arch when I insulate the dome. I am insulating with 4 inches of ceramic fibre, then finishing the dome with stucco.

The entry is a heck of a heat sink. That is if it is directly adjoins the dome. IMO, insulating this area is especially important if there are no heat breaks separating the two. Actually, IMO,...... even if there are
