Pizza Oven Insulation

Hi there. I'm planning a 36" Pompeii pizza oven for my back garden and just doing the designs etc at the moment. The only stage I can't quite get my head around is the insulation blanket and chicken wire. How do you attach the blanket and wire to the dome? Or do you just drape the blanket on there and cover it with a intertwined wire frame?

I set wires into the inner dome that poke through the insulation layer. It makes fixing the insulation quick and easy. Make sure that the wires are thin, i use 0.9mm, you don't want too much heat transferring through them.
