36" or 42" pompeii?

Hi I am new to the site and I apologize if this has been discussed, but I was wondering what dishes, if any, you could cook in a 42" pompeii that you couldn't in a 36"? Also, how many more pizza's can you cook in a 42" as opposed to a 36"? Thanks very much.
