After about 15 months, cash flow dictating,along with Winter in the high desert, I finally fired up my oven on July 4th, 2013. I was about 1 hour 15 minutes into it waiting for some indication that the soot would go away when miraculously, all things came together! This forum has been so much help. Roasted garlic white sauce withh double cheese, ( fresh mo and parmi-regi, including Morracan anchovies! Thanks to everyone!
