    My Tip would be just get on and build it. A lot of the stuff on line here, just doesn't matter. I spent hours trawling through posts wondering if the oven would be insulated well enough. When you have a fire in there above 400C you don't need to worry about insulation.
    Unless of course you are using your oven for everyday use. Just get on and build it. By the end of it you will be an expert. Like everyone offering very good advice on here.

    I would recommend not keeping your camera in your pocket while cutting bricks. My nice point and shoot nikon is ruined from the dust getting into the lens/shutter mechanism.

    Wifey is a tad upset. Now my progress is slowed because I dont want to continue without a good photo record to post
