We will be starting to build our dream tuscan wood fire oven. Using forno bravo guidelines and plans.we wish to build a 42" pompeiian oven.
Pls kindly enlighten and teach us clarify the following issues.
1) we want the igloo type of oven, what is the igloo exterior wall made of??same perlite concrete?or another insulfrax blanket?
2) our plan oven will be inside a building. Meaning its not only indoor but also require a high chimney about 8 to 9mters. Attach is a simple sketch to show if a stainless rolled sheets to be wrap in insulfrax will do? Will a nine inch diameter chimney also work. We are concern of the vent and chimney may not be as effective due to theslightly bent angle and the height of the chimney?or we will need a blower to suck the smoke out?
3)as a small bistro to be airconditioned,, will the oven cause so much heat inside the small bistro making the place hot? Even we follow the plan of insulation? As its so warm and humid in the phils.?
We will really appreciate any help we can get...
Thank you so much
