Home Depot has a similar product online called Tuff II - marketed primarily as a coating for foundation insulation boards - can also be used as a stucco-like finish on concrete block, cement board, etc. It comes in 7 or 8 colors and ships free.

Check with Florida Stucco in Boca. 1-800-334-5134 If they can't help, maybe they can give you a local supplier/distributor. Not sure who is in West Palm.
