Demonstration 36" Oven

I just finished this oven last week. It is semi portable but not really a rolling oven. Haven't decided if or how I would mount it on a trailer. I need to stabilize the stacks in a better way, but it did a great job with cedar plank salmon.

Thanks, it is a bit of a memorial for me in honor of a man who gave me a tremendous amount of direction and guidance when I was in my late teens and early 20's. He built and operated a cattle barn in this design and I worked my tail off inside of the thing for several years.
He is passed on to his reward now, but hardly a day goes by that I don't apply something or another that I learned during those years. This is just my tribute to a very special person in my life.
And who doesn't like a little red barn?
Especially one that cranks out pizza every ninety seconds!
