New 42" Pompeii Corner Build in Coastal Virginia

Hi!

My husband and I are building a 42" oven on a corner base using the E-book as our main guide. We have the cement mixer, cement mix, crushed rock, rebar, plastic and we are ready to go with the slab, but I am running into my first of MANY questions...

Has anyone done a corner build? If so what were the dimensions of you slab? The diagram show us needing a 62" x 62" base, so I was assuming a 70" x 70" slab would work. But then there is another chart for ovens not built on a corner suggesting a 73" x 86" slab. Can anyone set me straight? HELP!

I did a 42" corner build and my base slab is 86" long legs, 55.5" short legs and abt 45" across the front. The dimensions in the eplans are a little conflicting so double check everything."
