I had forgotten that i started this thread. I wound up going with a kit to build my 2nd oven. I documented it in Treehouse Pizza. I have almost completed the whole thing. I just need to build another door and add a few handles, run the electricity out to the oven and add a patio in front of the oven. I went with a kit to keep myself from going crazy and chasing all kinds of strange ideas. The oven cooks great and i am very happy with it.
