Hi all - this is my first post after lurking for 6 months and stealing a ton of ideas.
I am almost there - my foundation and peristalsis are built, pizza oven is mounted, insulated and rendered - check it out below.
my problem is building my containment around the pizza oven- we want it to look like a fireplace/chimney (with stone veneer). I was planning to do that with metal studs and hardboard, but I don’t know how to do the metal studs for the transition step (angled at about 45-60 degrees) from the wall as around the dome. Is there a safe way to use wood? Is there a way to angle the metal studs? For the top / chimney section- I plan to use a clay flue (with my single wall stainless chimney inside. Any ideas?
