I have seen a couple of people mentioning using a fire blanket for the insulation between the dome and the final layer. I can't find actual fire blankets but thru my job have plentyfull access to Thermafiber ( mineral fiber ) insulation, will this work just as well?

Do a web search for FB insulation blanket, aka "kaowool" or ceramic fiber blanket rolls in 1" thickness... that size is more pliable than thicker versions, so you can bend it around a dome radius in multiple layers. Forno Bravo sells it on their online store.

Thank you so much for the info, I will reach out to one of my vendors, I work for a construction supply company. That has been a major bonus to my expenses for material.
