Busy spring. Finally, the small fires to drive-out the winter moisture are in process. Took inspiration from david s (maybe others too) and put together a Tuscan grill. Went back and forth about stainless vs cast iron and decided on SS for easier maintenance. First up: spatchcock chicken and NY Strip.
