  • FB Blanket Weatherproof?

Is it ok to leave the blanket unprotected for a while? Or should I put a tarp on that sucker when the rain comes?

I would put a tarp over it.

I don't think the insulation will degrade, but it will get wet and take forever to dry out.

I agree with the above replies. Insulation needs to be as dry as possible to work efficiently. If you get it wet, it might degrade, compress, grow mold, or just take a very long time to dry out. Yesterday, I went so far as to cover my insulation with aluminum foil before applying wet stucco, to keep the insulation dry. Good luck!
