  • New large dial thermometer available?

    Hi all,

I found the new thermometer here:

Remote Thermometer for Wood Oven :: Thermometers :: Forno Bravo Store

Unfortunately the online store won't ship to Australia. Does anybody know I may source one of these in Australia, or even somehow buy this one from the US?

    many thanks

    Michael.

Send James an email. He might be interested in why they won't ship out here.
They (FB) are looking at setting up out here and I think that is crazy that they won't even post a paid for order out here!
    Give him hell!

Would anybody be interested in helping me get a thermometer delivered to australia? Forno Bravo just can't deliver here. I'm hoping I can pay somebody in the US to buy it for me and then post it. Would any kind person be interested in helping out with this? many thanks in advance!!

thanks himzo. yeah I found this before it looks good. so does the flue thermometer from the same place. I just really liked the look of the forno bravo one... huge dial, 3 metre long cable.

tell me, is measuring the temperature of the flue a valid way to work? does it give you any indication of your oven temp?

I want this so I can accurately bake roasts after it's cooled down from cooking pizzas.

          cheers
