Funny i just got that email too, i came to search and see what i can find and walked right into it. Are these any good? Accurate?

i have had mine for a year and it still works great. seems to record about 10 degrees F to high but at 800 F who cares.

I have dropped it about 5 times and it has not broken yet. easy to read display under all conditions, displays "HI" over 1000F again who cares.

records and updates about every second so it is real easy to scan the entire oven for multiple temps in various areas.

It was a great buy in my mind.
