  • Central Texas/Austin people

I am going to Restaurant Depot later this week. I want to buy a 50# bag of All Trumps bromated, but that is about 3 times more than I can store. It is only about 18 bucks a bag, but I hate to see it go to waste. I will gladly split it with others, and buy anything else you might want. The 7-11 #10 cans are less than 5 bucks and are my favorite. They have 3 or 4 others as well as premade sauces that I have been told are good. Cheese is cheap as well.

Let me know if you want anything or want to go and we will set it up.

I have tried several rums to soak the (dried) cherries, the best is Old Monks if you can find it.

1 gallon ziplocks. I freeze them for a week or 2 to kill the bugs first.

I am breaking this down tomorrow night, I have to cook for 40-50 people on Friday night, so give me a call on Thursday. You want 2 bags, or 3, or 4 (they are about 5#s per bag). I bought a 5# block of mozzarella too, but I will need all of that for the 12 16" pizzas I am making Friday. Give me a call on Thursday.
