  • Passing on the IT

Hi all. I am finished building my dome, so I am offering to pass on the IT I used. It was originally owned and used by Kurtloup, who passed it on to Mirassou. When he finished w/it, he passed it on to me, which I very much appreciated (thanks again Kurtloup and Mirassou). I am now offering it to someone who is about to start their build. It is set up for a 36" oven, but can be modified to work for any size oven.

Edit/Update: The IT has been claimed and is now in Yuma, Arizona.

    Love this

Its so much more civilised than killing the slaves to preserve the knowledge.

It will end up in the WFO Museum one day

    Hope it continues for ever.

Hi Kurt. I think I have found a taker for it. In Arizona, I believe.

Did it make it to Arizona? We are starting our 36" oven in Seattle and could really use an IT. It is indispensable after all....

Yes, it is now hard at work in Yuma, Arizona. Hard to say how long it will be in use there. There are a number of Seattle builders on here. Perhaps one of them have one (?).

Thanks for letting me know, I just thought it was worth a try. We will go ahead and make one if we don't hear of one in Seattle. Thanks again!

We are just finishing our hearth and will be starting our dome. If your IT is available, we would be interested in Boise, ID!
