Exercise Ball Mold

Hi guys,
Does anyone have an opinion on this guy's technique?

My $135 Wood fired Pizza Oven!

He mentions later that the ball was not a great choice, but his oven came out well. He also used stainless steel needles in it. I'm new here and don't have the time or money to make most of the great ovens I've seen on this site. The instructables' link looks to be a good combination of time and effort. I'd appreciate any comments or critiques on his build, as I am considering following a similar path, or possibly adding a rocket stove concept, as discussed here...

Search Craig's list. You can find most of what you need there. If you want a true pizza oven it will take work but be worth it. People have done it for 500$ or less but it takes a lot of leg work. Good luck with what you decide to do.
