For the most part, it's about size and durability. The Commercial (Premium) set has anodized aluminum handles that are 9" longer than the Residential set and the peels are available with larger heads. Some feel the Commercial set is a bit too big for residential ovens. Our rule of thumb is sizes smaller than 110 (44"x54") you are usually better off with the Residential set.

Hey all. With the holidays coming around and family members looking for gift ideas , I was looking at the site and wondering the difference between the Premium set vs Residential set. Is there a $185 difference between the two? I'm in the midst of a 42" corner build.
