Dome material other than brick.

Hi All,
I am just starting my journey. I am planning to start building my oven in a couple of weeks.

What is the best, if any, brick replacement material for the dome? I don't want to use brick. I need to build my oven with a cement type dome. I want to be able to make bread and samosas on it. For reference please google tandir samosa. (https://artisantandoors.com.au/samsa...-tandoor-oven/)
