Suspend slab concrete type

I will pour a 4.75" suspend slab on which the oven will sit. What type of concrete mix is recommended? I was looking at Quickrete Mortar, but I'm uncertain when thats the right type to use.

Quickrete Mortar is mortar for laying brick or block not structural slabs.
