Wondering if any can advise me on how to deak with large cracks and chunks in floor of my commercial oven?

Welcome to the forum community. In order to give you useful suggestions for repairs/replacement, could you post some pictures and information on the oven itself? Pictures do need to be scaled down...I find 800x600 resolution works very well. Lots of free apps available for resizing, some phones have that ability built-in.Mike Stansbury - The Traveling Loafer
