  • Made are tools, Born are hands: Baking True Artisan Bread in a wood-fired oven

    Hi everyone!
The title of this thread is the title of a book penned by our own Jim Wills of Mary G's Artisan Breads. Many of us know Jim very well through this forum and some are lucky enough to know Jim personally through his workshops or otherwise. My wife and I have been very fortunate to read this book and can both say it is a fantastic resource to have in our library, and we highly recommend it for yours as well. Jim shares some special recipes and techniques learned through his years in pursuit of great bread and they won't be found anywhere else. They are very specific to use in a WFO, that makes it one of a kind.
Lets all give Jim our congratulations on his publication of this work!
Check out more information on the book and the workshops at Mary G's!

    Congrats Jim!
    All the best!
