Welcome to Pizza Quest! "Yada yada yada."

As I mentioned in our Gallery section, we would love to start seeing your own pizza photos as well as any other interesting photos you have that relate to food, travel, artisanship, a great pizzeria etc. Also, please create your own threads if you have something more specific you want to talk and post your photos about.

To get the ball rolling, I was recently in New York. Peter recommended a few places and I was able to make it out to Brooklyn one Sunday. Here are some photos from Franny's Pizzeria. Let me just say, I can taste this crust sitting here now. I had a Sausage Pizza (which looks more like a pepperoni) and their Clam Pizza. Delicious!

Hello Brad If your interested I'll send you my sourdough pizza dough recipe. It's my own formula but family and friends like it quite well. By the way I like your contribution on Pizza Quest.

That would be great! If you want to write anything up, I'm always looking for content on PQ and would love to hear even a simple story of how you came up with your recipe. Please make up a couple pizzas with your dough and take lots of pictures!
