This dessert pizza has amazing flavor! It was consumed in record time. It's a very nice way to end a pizza party. I actually cut off the entire rind from the lemon. I think I will try a few changes next time. For one, I will slice my lemons a day ahead of time and put the slices on a rack to dehydrate a little, hoping for a little less juicy result, but with all the flavor. I will also mix a little of the lemon zest in with the cheese.
Maybe even an egg mixed in with the cheese to make it easier to spread and firm up the result?
