    They sure are delicious. Ive done Clams and mussels in a Thai coconut curry.

      Great recipe, but its not necessary to get the oven that hot to cook any shell fish or anything out of the ocean.

        That is correct about the temperature. I was cooking pizzas right after I made the clams. That is why the oven was so hot. But you are correct, it is not necessary to get the oven that hot. Thank you for the information.

          Lovely dish! I've done a similar thing, but with some chorizo too. Pork and clams is just one of those great things.
