  • Pizza Dough Sticking to Oven Floor

    When using the peel to lift up the pizza the center of the pizza sticks to the oven floor. The peel cuts the pizza in half. I have not had this problem before. I am using white cornmeal. Oven floor is between 750 and 850 degrees

    My guess is your pizza dough base is too thin in the middle and the corn flour will not have the same stretch as wheat flour
