I hope someone can help me with this. I purchased a product called "bone in, smoked ham, ready to cook". I am not sure how to approach it. The instructions say to put it in a baking dish with a little water and bake in 350 for 18 minutes per pound. Sounds boring to me!
I am planning first to soak it in water for a while to dilute the salt a bit. Any idea what to do next?
