Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Sandwiches:

Marinated Chicken breast in zesty Italian dressing (grilled and set aside)
Oven roasted bell peppers (Blacken on all sides, wrap in foil for 15 minutes, peel skin)
Smoked gouda
Thinly sliced red onion
Thinly sliced prosciutto
Fresh pesto (basil, garlic, parmesan, evoo, sea salt, cracked pepper) Just mince and combine.

Ok, so I figured I'd start a thread of the food I'll be making in my oven. I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with different things, and am fully enjoying my oven.
