  • Second weekend Pizza Trials

    This is the second weekend I tried out my WFO, armed with the forum tip on keeping the wood fire on one side of the oven....turned out much better (but I maybe should have taken more pictures.) I used a dough recipe which is a variation from Peter Rheinhart's except I compbine bread flour, semolina and fine whole wheat... I find it gives a texture and consistency I prefer.

      Not just yet and the neighbors are hardly home 😊

      I do find that the initial smoke from the WFO certainly helps keep the mosquitos away👍🏼
