Not sure how long it was by temp...I pulled it at medium. as far as temperature of the oven I was cooking it over a thin bed of coals.

Made this last night and tried something different for dinner. Fire Roasted Pork Tenderloin butterflied and stuffed with Fire Roasted Red Peppers, Parmasean cheese, Fresh Garlic, and Mozzerella.
