Sand, lime, fireclay, cement, 3:1:1:1 for the brick seems to be best (I used pre-mixed), and a little different for the area around the flue.

I ordered one bag of refmix from a retailer in CA and now have a fireclay supplier in SL so I will use the Refmix for the joints on the arch, fireclay and sand for oven floor bed and your mix for flue? and odds and ends.

Able Refractory cement out of Houston. It is an air-set water soluble, not recommended for exterior use.
