    Hi,
    What does the red circle "Flame Fail" button on the control box do?

      The Modena2G oven. Im not sure what that red button is for.

        Now that makes more sense. The Modena is a commercial oven and as such is probably fitted with gas or gas assist. Best to submit a question to Forno bravo direct.

          Hi ducati67,

          This is from our technical support team:

          The Flame Fail button will illuminate when there is a problem with the burner. It is the fail safe signaling an error. The error can range from there being no gas, the probes (flame sensor or spark ignitor) not being in the correct position, bad thermal couple, or bad wiring. If the flame fail button is illuminated and they need some assistance in isolating the problem ask them to send in a ticket and i will give them a call.
