    Jim, I think your hearth looks a little crooked. It is support to be horizontal, not vertical. :-)

    Woah, you're going to have another oven done before I even get around to pouring my foundation! Very impressive. I can't wait to see how the project takes shape.

    BenjaMia Bakehouse Project

    Tomorrow the next phase begins...the structural hearth gets poured!

    I've moved from Getting Started ( http://www.fornobravo.com/forum/f6/b...oven-4157.html ) since this has become an outdoor kitchen project with an unusual build having the oven and bakehouse together.

    The building is in major renovation and the oven is now shaping up too!

    Eventually it's going to be surrounded by a patio area too.
