This is my first post on this site. A little backstory - have been contemplating an outdoor kitchen for several years and pulled the trigger last summer with a little demo. I know this is ultimately a pizza oven site (which I want but is not part of my plan at the moment) but an outdoor kitchen is an outdoor kitchen. We are currently building and our layout is essentially 700 square feet of covered patio with an island and a counter against the wall of the house. We are installing a small fridge, a large sink, barbecue and hood in the wall counter. In the island we are installing a commercial flat top and a commercial wok burner with a four seat eating bar.
