  • Lychee Apple Pear Peach Jujube Woods

    Hello,

Can someone identify these woods? They are Apple, Peach, Pear, and Jujube. But I don't know which is which.

Which woods are good to burn in a pizza oven? I have access to Lychee Apple Pear Peach and Jujube.

I live in South East Asia where the humidity can be 90% in the summer. Can I store wood outside if covered? Will the wood reabsorb the moisture from the air?

If my wood meter measures over 20% moisture, can I dry it in a food dehydrator to expedite the drying?

Can I burn wood with bark or is it best to remove bark?

    Thank you!

Any hardwood seems to work for me. I have tried numerous different fruit tree woods and they all seem to work very well but you're looking at a 2-3 year drying time, outside.

      My guess:

      D is peach
      C is pear
