I'm wondering about the viability of a mobile pizza oven business. Summer weekends and festivals. Income generation for upcoming college expenses. Have heard some stories of profitable efforts. Any able to give me some advice or direct me to some information?

Check with your local govt. There are things like not handling food and money. Most will require a food handlers cert. think carefully about oven size and the functions you are targeting. High output requires a large or second oven, but then also a V8 to haul it. Try a search on " mobile ovens"Kindled with zeal and fired with passion.

keep it small and organized so you can run it by yourself, or with added helpers. You can commissary the pizza trailer from a home kitchen.
