I'm using a clay flue liner for a chimney. I'm adding a 1" layer of perlcrete and a stucco render so that it doesn't crack and so it looks better. I'm applying the perlcrete to one side at a time with the flue liner laying horizontal. About how long should I wait before rotating the flue pipe 90° to do the next side? I want to be sure that the already applied sides are well adhered so they don't pop off when doing the next side. Thanks.
